Arnhem is a city situated in the eastern Netherlands, It is part of County Gelderland and is well known for the battle of Arnhem in World War II or its beautiful positioning alongside the National Park, The Veluwe. Rivers International School, which is located in Arnhem Zuid, is a school known for its international community and initiative taking pupils. The school follows the International Baccalaureate which allows the students to have an international path in the future. Arnhem is a very lively city with a modern railway station and a bustling shopping center. Combining both traditional row houses alongside the river of Nederrijn and large office buildings, it shows a perfect example of a traditional developing Dutch city.
