At RiMUN it is possible to participate as individual, and as an entire delegation. When you want to participate with a delegation, we advise you to send an email to rimun@unitednetherlands.org including all the names of your delegation, in order to assure you are registered as entire delegation. Make sure that all participants of the delegation fill in the same country preferences, but different committee preferences. You can find the list of countries at RiMUN here. For the registration process itself, applying as individual or delegation makes no difference as every single participant has to register and pay individually. A delegation can take up to a maximum of 15 delegates.
Applying for RiMUN is rather simple. Just press the registration button on the left, and you will be guided through the registration system. The registration process consists of four main steps, which every delegate has to complete in order to be registered. Only when you paid the participation fee and you have received a confirmation email, your registration has been successful.
Step one: Check the RiMUN policy
When sending your registration, this will indicate acceptance of all policies outlined in the following document: RiMUN 2011 Conference policy.
Step two: Fill out the registration form
Make sure you fill in all personal information required. When you are part of a delegation make sure that you fill in the same University and the same country preferences.
Step three: The payment procedure
Registration will only be completed when you have paid through PayPal. This electronic payment system is the most convenient method, with no transaction fees for you. PayPal is an electronic system, meaning we can track money expediently and nearly instantaneously. A PayPal account is not necessary to pay, you can also use a credit card.
